She is a distinguished STEM education strategist, consultant, and practitioner with over 20 years of experience in K-12 and higher education, currently serving as CEO and Founder of The Anderson Strategy Group, where she helps schools, nonprofits, and corporations develop, grow, and scale STEM programs and build strategic partnerships that produce measurable outcomes. She has secured over $5 million in corporate funding across 65+ partnerships and served over 100,000 students. She also serves as Programs & Curriculum Director at YREF, where she designs and scales STEM curricula and builds corporate partnerships. Her career includes roles as Director of Programs & Partnerships at STE(A)M Truck, Director of Programming and Partnerships at LINGO, and Director of Facilities Operations at Atlanta Technical College. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and an MBA, and is a WBENC-certified WOSB. She hosts the STEMming in Stilettos podcast and co-hosts The AI Classroom.
