She is a revenue operations and business systems leader with experience spanning GTM strategy, revenue intelligence, sales operations, and technology systems. She currently serves as Head of Global Revenue Intelligence Operations at Cockroach Labs, where she focuses on forecast accuracy, AI workflows, pipeline inspection, GTM systems, territory planning, and revenue operations. Previously, she spent nearly three years at Redis, progressing from Enablement Program Manager to Manager of Business Systems and leading teams responsible for end-to-end GTM workflows and revenue technology. Earlier, she built a strong foundation in sales and customer success at Outreach, progressing from SDR to Strategic Account Representative and Customer Success. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Western Washington University and is HubSpot Revenue Operations Certified.
