Nayla Benitez

Nayla Benitez has spent 22 years in the real estate industry in Miami, Florida. She began her career after transitioning from the corporate world, first working with a friend's brokerage for about a year and then joining a company in Aventura for three years. She subsequently joined Berkshire Hathaway, where she served for seven years as a managing broker responsible for hiring, recruiting, and training other agents, and has remained with the firm ever since. Benitez earned her bachelor's degree in business from Florida International University in 1988. She has also obtained SERE and NERE designations to support her professional development and expertise in negotiation and real estate practices. She maintains a disciplined daily schedule that begins early with preparation time in the office before shifting to client appointments and market activities in the afternoons.
