Her Story

About Ndeye

Ndeye Ndiaye is a Director of HR supporting operations for a new in-home care and healthcare staffing franchise that she joined in March to assist with the startup process. With approximately two years of experience in human resources and people operations, she manages end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, orientation, payroll processing, CRM configuration and integration, policy and procedure development, manuals, and state licensure requirements. Ndeye is currently pursuing a master's degree in international business and human resources, which she started in the fall of 2025 and plans to finish in 2027. Her undergraduate studies began with a focus on elementary education before she changed her major to religious studies, and she graduated early from middle college after earning two years of university credits while in high school, where she participated in the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and AP courses. She attributes her success to measuring outcomes and positive results from her work, and she draws inspiration from her love of working with people, which she discovered during her undergraduate years.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Ndeye

01What do you attribute your success to?

I measure my success with outcomes. So if the work I'm putting in, if I'm seeing outcomes and positive things coming from that, then I would have known that I'm succeeding in what I'm doing.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is from my boss: never play defense, always be on offense. Be a go-getter, never just sit down and let things bypass.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Vet on themselves 100%. Have confidence. Know that they're capable of doing whatever they set their mind to. Be confident in yourself and your skills.
