Neeli Straiges

Neeli Straiges owns a fractional marketing and consulting company, which she founded about a year ago after nearly 25 years in the marketing field. She spent 20 years at the Campbell's Company in consumer packaged goods marketing, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility in brand management and as a subject matter expert leading pods focused on innovation or strategy. Most recently, she established their omni-marketing practice for the $5 billion Meals and Beverage division. Prior to Campbell's, she worked at creative agencies in Manhattan and Philadelphia. Straiges specializes in transformation work, partnering with consumer packaged goods companies and retailers on brand transformation, commercial transformation through capability building, organizational transformation involving strategy, systems, and structure, and talent transformation. She also serves as an adjunct professor teaching marketing at the undergraduate level and has partnered with the Path to Purchase Institute on editorial content.
