Her Interview
Ten minutes with Neelima
01What do you attribute your success to?
My divorce probably. It took me to the drains, and then I was like, okay, I have no other option than being successful. It took me so down that I was like, okay, there is no way other than to come up from here.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up and just keep going. Successful people show up on the days when it's not good. They still keep going when it's boring and the same thing again and again. You can only see success if you just keep going.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting workforce is our biggest challenge. Not having enough workforce. Everybody thinks technology and AI is there but care has to be hands-on and someone has to do it.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect for everybody no matter what position you hold. Be kind and respectful to understand the work we do which is very humble and noble.
