Her Interview
Ten minutes with Neelima
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the environment I've had since the beginning, especially my father who was very motivating. He always said no matter what, just keep upskilling yourself. Irrespective of your age, if you want to learn something, just learn it. It keeps your brain working.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was from my manager back in India. He told me you've got to wait for your calling. Not everything that people are running after is good for you. Maybe it's not your calling. You got to wait for your time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try something which is very difficult. For example, when I started pursuing data science, there was fear because DSA is very difficult. But it's just in your head. You just sit with one problem a day. It's all about logic building. Then you can crack everything.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and loyalty are utmost important for me.
