She later moved into Treasury Management at BOK, an experience that broadened her understanding of banking operations and client service across multiple areas of the institution. In her most recent role, Neesha worked in bank operations and management, with a focus on building systems, developing standard operating procedures, improving workflows, and evaluating team productivity.

Neesha is currently exploring consulting opportunities to help small businesses create more efficient procedures, organize their operations, and build practical systems that support growth. Her Interview

Ten minutes with Neesha

01What do you attribute your success to?

Relationships have played a key role in many of the major opportunities I’ve had throughout my career. I believe it’s important for professionals to invest time in networking, put it on the calendar, and approach it with intention. The right connection at the right time can open doors, create support, and lead to opportunities you may not have found on your own.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Network and don't feel like you have to tie yourself to something forever. Something might be working for you in your 20s and 30s that's not going to work for you in your 40s, and that's okay. Making a change doesn't equate to failure.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI is a double-edged sword. The challenge is how to responsibly incorporate it into workflows or the industry.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty is one of my highest values, even when the truth is something someone may not want to hear. To me, honesty and kindness are connected, because being honest, when it is done with care, is one of the kindest things we can offer.
