I attribute my success to the unwavering encouragement of my family and friends, as well as my commitment to never placing limits on what I can achieve. Their support, combined with my belief in continual growth, has pushed me to pursue every goal with confidence and determination.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up and to always finish what I start. Seeing things through to the very end has strengthened my resilience and shaped the way I approach both my personal and professional life.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to actively seek out mentorship and learn from the experiences of others. Gaining guidance from those who have navigated the field can provide invaluable insights, help avoid common pitfalls, and accelerate personal and professional growth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
As a nurse, the greatest challenge I see is the growing issue of affordability in healthcare. It not only limits patients’ access to necessary care but also impacts the availability and sustainability of nursing positions. Addressing these gaps presents a significant opportunity to advocate for change and improve outcomes for both patients and providers.
