About Neha
Neha Animesh is a product management leader with about 15 years of experience. She has spent the past four years in fintech, where she leads a data platform product that she stood up from the ground up four years ago when it barely existed. Prior to entering fintech she spent eight to ten years in consulting leading products. She is active in mentoring others in the AI space and recently delivered a session for the Dallas chapter of Women in AI.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
As women, we need to be very confident... own the space we are in. Go in with that conviction, and always keep on learning and upskilling ourselves... you've earned the right to be there. So do the best you can. Don't second-guess yourself.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Drawing boundaries early on... make space for everything... find time to take care of yourself
