Neha Chellaney is a seasoned talent and human resources leader currently serving as Head of Talent at WisdomAI, where she focuses on building high-performing teams and scalable talent strategies. With expertise spanning talent acquisition, technical hiring, and people operations, she is dedicated to creating effective recruitment processes that attract, develop, and retain exceptional professionals. At WisdomAI, Neha works closely with leadership to support the company’s growth and build a strong organizational foundation.

Before joining WisdomAI, Neha served as Head of Talent at ReflectionAI, where she joined as a founding recruiter and helped double the team from 24 to 50 employees within five months. Earlier, she spent four years at Sigma Computing, progressing from Director of Talent to Director of People Operations & Talent. Joining Sigma as a founding recruiter, she helped support its growth from 75 to 550 employees while establishing best practices for hiring, onboarding, and employee experience across multiple locations. Her earlier career includes recruiting leadership roles at Crisis Text Line and TripActions.

Neha’s professional journey began in banking in India before she transitioned into recruiting and talent management, bringing a strong foundation in relationship-building and customer-focused service to the technology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University and completed Executive Education in Leadership & Strategy through Harvard Business School Online. Beyond her professional work, Neha has volunteered as a teacher with SOS Children’s Villages International and with an audiobook library through Mitra Jyothi, reflecting her continued commitment to education and community service.
