Neha T. Kumar is an accomplished investor, entrepreneur, advisor, and educator based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. She serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Full Glass Wine Co., where she has helped build a rapidly growing consumer wine platform through strategic acquisitions, operational integration, and disciplined growth. Kumar has played a key role in Full Glass Wine Co.’s acquisition-driven expansion, helping bring together multiple established wine businesses and brands while preserving their individual identities and customer relationships. The company has grown to more than $200 million in revenue, with its portfolio including brands such as Winc, Wine Insiders, Cameron Hughes, and Wine Access. She brings particular expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurship, and business growth, with a leadership philosophy centered on recognizing opportunities, making informed decisions, and creating long-term value.
