About Neha
Neha Chandelier serves as co-founder of Listadum, an e-commerce SaaS platform in San Francisco, California, that she started in 2023 to support small business owners selling on Etsy. After working as an Etsy seller in 2020 and drawing from her experience as a product manager and engineer, she identified a need for better guidance in e-commerce for artists. Prior to this, she studied video engineering, worked as a marketing manager for a UK company for two years, and served as a product manager in the Streaming video field. She holds a Master's of Electrical Engineering and Signal and Image Processing from the University of Southern California, following her undergraduate studies in India. Neha attributes her success to maintaining focus on helping people improve, which has led to reaching 11,000 sellers on the platform through steady growth. She values elevating others, especially children, by providing guidance to help them find their paths, inspired by seeing hard-working individuals achieve big things from humble beginnings. In her volunteer work in Austin, she taught English/Math/Science to refugees. Her advice to young women entering the industry is to talk to as many people as possible for advice and guidance before planning their path. She notes the challenge in her field of helping artists shift their mindset to become business owners without expecting magic without effort.

Understanding and keeping your heart in the place where we really want people to improve. It's been a well paced growth but very fulfilling reaching 11,000 sellers.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always think about the impact that you bring to the lives of your customers and your business.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Talk to as many people as you can and get advice and guidance before you even plan where you want to go. That helps a lot in understanding what the industry is like and what skill set you should excel at.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A lot of artists want to sell but don't want to change their mindset to becoming business owners. People want magic without putting in the hard work. The challenge is creating that magic for them and making it easy.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Elevating people in general, especially kids, providing guidance so they can find their path in life. Seeing hard-working people achieve something big from nothing, coming from India.
