Her Story

About Neha

Neha Singh serves as Social Media and Community Manager at Wizard Wellness, a Las Vegas-based allergy care company focused on drug-free, steroid-free products that encourage daily rituals to prevent allergy buildup. Available on D2C, Walmart.com, and Amazon.com with upcoming retail launches, the brand benefits from her expertise in startup marketing, content creation, influencer engagement, event planning, and community building both online and through in-person activations in locations like the Las Vegas Strip. With a bachelor's degree in economics, she brings six to seven years of social media experience, having previously worked in poker (where she advanced from intern to manager and grew followers significantly by targeting younger audiences), as well as restaurant, fashion, NFT, and crypto sectors. Neha maintains a personal Instagram with over 100,000 followers and has modeled for brands including Sephora and UGGs. She is a member of the Rotary Club, participates in its charity work, and dedicates time to educating youth on sobriety and mental health awareness, drawing from her own seven years of sobriety. She values communication and transparency in both professional and personal spheres and advises pursuing alternative paths when traditional doors remain closed, as exemplified by her direct outreach to the Wizard Wellness founder via LinkedIn.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Neha

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If the door won't open for you, go in through the back window. Sometimes you can't get what you want traditionally, so you have to do things in a more alternative way. For example, I reached out directly to the founder on LinkedIn after being hired as a model for their campaign, which led to my current role at Wizard Wellness.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't feel like you're not good enough. I've worked in male-dominated spaces like tech and law firms where you can feel intimidated or like the odd one out, but you deserve to be there just as much as anyone else.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

It's an exciting time with many new brands popping up every day, creating a huge candy shop of opportunities. The challenge is staying focused on what you want long-term without getting pulled in different directions or losing sight of your goals.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Communication and transparency are the two biggest ones. If more people communicated and were transparent about their feelings and what they wanted, a lot of issues could be avoided.
