About Neha
Neha Tiwari serves as Lead Enterprise Architect for Strategy at Ahold Delhaize in the retail sector. In this role, she defines future target architecture by aligning leaders across commercial services, enterprise services, back-end offices, and database management to achieve business and organizational goals. She joined the company one month ago after working at UnitedHealth Group. Tiwari began her professional journey 20 years ago as an engineer, progressing through lead engineer roles before moving into enterprise architecture 8 to 10 years ago. This path allows her to understand systems at both detailed technical levels and from a high-level leadership perspective. She holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and continues to invest in continuous learning through technical courses, leadership training, and soft skills development. Tiwari attributes her professional growth to the power of intent, focusing on helping organizations and the people she serves. Her career goals include advancing into thought leadership to mentor young professionals while climbing the leadership ladder.

01What do you attribute your success to?
The main thing that I believe in is the intent. Whatever level you are, if your intent is right to help the organization and the people you are working for, that creates the magic. When I started thinking in those directions, that really helped me grow up.
