About Nehhaa
I am the SVP of Data and AI with over 20 years in technology. I started in 2006 with ACVA managing integration of architecture and workflow platforms, then moved to BlackBerry with security architecture and privacy-first platforms, to Siemens creating edge architecture distributed systems, then Philips with federated learning platforms and AI innovation and digital transformation, then CNI with platform architecture and cloud-native systems. I love technology because it is innovation that is always changing and growing fast, making life easy and changing the world for the better.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Apart from God, my inner thirst and family support. I have an inner drive and thirst that keeps me going, along with strong family support.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You have to be vocal and have good communication. In our world, show and don't tell doesn't work, so it's very important for people to know what you're doing.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Whatever is available for men is available for women as well, so just go grab it. Why wait? Don't wait for other people to tell you what to do, just go get it.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is most important to me in both my professional and personal life.
