I am a strategic business development and real estate professional with over two decades of experience in cross-border investment, capital alignment, and market expansion across the U.S. and Latin America, currently serving as Founder and Principal of PassionCap Venture Partners, a role I have held since October 2022, where I support investor relations, partnership development, and go-to-market positioning for real estate, technology, and infrastructure-driven projects, collaborating with leadership teams to clarify market narratives and expansion priorities.

I also serve as Independent Advisor for Strategic Capital Alignment at Overwatch Capital, a freelance role I have held since October 2023, where I support strategic introductions and relationship development across institutional investors, capital partners, energy groups, developers, and infrastructure operators focused on AI data centers and resilient digital infrastructure, facilitating connections that align capital, land opportunities, and strategic growth initiatives across the U.S. and LATAM markets.

I am the Founder and Broker Owner of MP Global Real Estate Group LLC, a role I have held since June 2004, where I lead a boutique real estate brokerage representing sellers and buyers in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, provide consulting practice supporting international market entry and cross-border growth initiatives, build partnerships with middle-market investment firms and EB-5 development teams, and advise institutional investors and HNWIs in global real estate acquisitions and development strategy. I also serve as Managing Partner of PEM INTERESTS, INC., a self-employed role I have held since January 2002, where I lead a boutique business and technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise transformation, cloud integration, and startup advisory services, and have led large-scale transformation projects for Fortune 100 clients including ENSCO Oil and Gas in South America and Bank of New York Mellon.

I also serve as a Public Policy Infrastructure Committee Appointed Member at MP Real Estate Global, a role I have held since November 2023, where I contribute to policy proposals related to physical and organizational structures and facilities needed for community and regional operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Science in Industrial Management, Finance, and Economics from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where I was a Tennis Scholarship recipient and a member of the American Marketing Association, EtaGammaDelta Sorority, and the International Management Association, and completed coursework toward a Master's degree in International Business at The University of Texas at Dallas.
