What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my willingness to take risks, work hard, and build a life with purpose. I came to the United States at 35 with a business degree and began my career in banking and mortgage brokerage, but I knew I wanted something more meaningful and more flexible. That drive led me to establish my own caregiving service, obtain my license and LLC, and build a business that allows me to truly help people through compassionate in-home support.

You can make the difference and help peopleThe best career advice I’ve ever received is that you have the ability to make a difference and truly help people. That guidance has shaped how I approach my work every day, reminding me to focus on meaningful impact and the positive changes I can bring to others’ lives.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: you can do it—never give up! Stay persistent, believe in yourself, and keep pushing forward, even when challenges arise.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities and challenges in my field right now is expanding my team of caregivers. Growing the business successfully depends on attracting and retaining skilled, compassionate professionals who can provide high-quality in-home care.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are flexibility and family. I strive for a career that is both rewarding and allows me to spend quality time with my loved ones. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with my family, singing karaoke, playing the guitar, and cooking.
