Through ClearTurn Property Transition Pros, Netia provides detailed move-in and move-out inspections, photo and video documentation, key exchange coordination, vendor liaison services, and security deposit reporting. Her company serves multifamily and student housing communities by helping reduce disputes, streamline unit turnovers, and ensure accurate, unbiased property condition records. Netia’s mission is rooted in bringing structure, accountability, and clarity to the property transition process. She combines her hands-on industry experience with a focus on documentation integrity and operational efficiency to support both property owners and onsite teams. In addition to her business leadership, she is committed to educating renters and landlords through guides and resources that promote fairness, transparency, and better understanding of property management processes.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my determination, persistence, and willingness to keep learning. Instead of giving up when things don’t work right away, I focus on building strong foundations and improving over time. I also stay adaptable in a fast-changing industry like property management and real estate, where laws and best practices constantly evolve. Leveraging continuous learning tools like AI has helped me refine my approach and stay on track. Ultimately, I trust that if I continue delivering value and stay consistent, the right opportunities will come.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stick with it. No business becomes successful from day one, and progress often takes longer than expected. Even in moments of doubt, I’ve been reminded—sometimes through tools like AI—that I’m still early in the process and building something worthwhile takes time. If you continue to offer a valuable service and stay consistent, the right people will eventually recognize it. That perspective has helped me stay grounded, patient, and persistent.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
My biggest challenge right now is helping people understand the value of my service. My work is fairly unique, especially in the Tallahassee, Florida area, so many people are unfamiliar with what I do at first. I provide services such as move-out inspections, property condition documentation, and support for first-time landlords with leases and required notices, including security deposit timelines. Because this isn’t a commonly known service, I often have to spend time explaining what it is and why it’s needed before people can fully see its value. The opportunity for me lies in education and awareness—showing property owners how my services can help them protect their investments, stay compliant, and manage transitions more smoothly.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is the most important value to me, and I am very intentional about my commitments and careful with my words, only agreeing to what I know I can follow through on. I also value loyalty deeply; when I take on a client or vendor relationship, I give my best effort and remain fully dedicated to delivering quality work. At the same time, I strive to be thoughtful and empathetic, making an effort to understand other people’s perspectives and needs. I focus on being kind rather than just “nice,” which to me means being honest, respectful, and intentional in how I treat others.
