About Nia
Nia Boldridge is an operations consultant based in Kansas City, Missouri, who founded her consulting practice in 2025. With ten years of experience in property management, she specialized in HUD compliance and government regulations before identifying operational barriers across multiple agencies through her work with temp agencies including Core and Riley Career Strategies and InterSolutions. Her practice delivers five core services: communication infrastructure, software optimization, CRM systems, cross-department communication channels, and program development for housing agencies, nonprofits, and municipalities. Nia developed programs such as Moms in Motion and social-emotional models to strengthen operations and community impact. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of St. Mary's in Leavenworth, Kansas in 2016 and is completing a master's degree in public administration with a certificate in nonprofit management at UMKC, with graduation expected in 2027.
