About Nia
Nia Green has been working in photography for about five years. Her path began with an editorial internship around two years ago, which transitioned into social media work and ultimately solidified her interest in television and film. Today, her main areas of expertise are film and photography. As a junior at St. John's University, she leads the Bonnethead Collective, organizing events to create community and safe spaces for photographers and creatives of color. She is also a member of her school's television and film club. One of her most notable achievements is landing an internship at Jimmy Fallon. Beyond her studies and leadership roles, Nia enjoys writing and journalism and engages in community work through the photography collective. She advises listening to one's intuition and taking risks to find the best career path.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I think just to listen to your intuition and to just take risk. Because at the end of the day if you're listening to like I don't know like a parent or an advisor who's telling you to stick with one specific thing you aren't really gonna reach out and find the thing that best works for you.
