Nichole Barmore
Nichole Barmore, She/Her, is a Youth, Seniors, and Lifespan Coach based in Rockford, Illinois, and the Founder of Kingdom Inspire Seniors, LLC. She brings over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer and wellness professional, supported by an Associate’s degree in Business Management Entrepreneurship from Rasmussen University. Her work is grounded in leadership, service, and a deep commitment to improving health outcomes across all stages of life through accessible, community-based wellness programming.
Nichole’s career path has always been driven by a passion to ensure people receive the support they need to live long, healthy, and purposeful lives. She views her work not simply as a profession, but as a calling rooted in faith and compassion, believing that the body is a temple entrusted by God to be cared for with intention and respect. A personal health challenge, including a diabetes diagnosis that she was able to reverse through guidance, exercise, and nutrition support from someone close to her, became a defining moment that inspired her to dedicate her life to helping others transform their health and wellness journeys.
In March 2025, she launched Kingdom Inspire Seniors, LLC, a faith-based senior wellness program focused on mobility, functional training, and fall prevention. Through a structured 12-week program, she works closely with clients in 30-minute sessions that include guided exercise, progress reflection, and personalized adjustments to support long-term improvement. She also developed an accessible subscription model for seniors at $50 per month for 12 sessions, ensuring affordability for those on fixed incomes. Nichole partners with churches, senior living communities, and organizations to deliver these programs directly where seniors live and gather, with a vision of becoming a traveling wellness coach who brings impact, integrity, and encouragement into communities. Alongside her current role in the fitness industry, she remains anchored in her purpose: to serve with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to helping others experience strength, dignity, and renewed quality of life.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is to stay grounded, resilient, and true to your values as you navigate both challenges and opportunities. I recently spoke with a young woman who is going through a difficult season, and I shared with her something I deeply believe: Jesus is the solution to everything we experience in life. In moments of uncertainty or pressure, I encourage you to lean on your faith, seek wisdom beyond yourself, and remain anchored in purpose. When you combine faith, perseverance, and integrity, you build not only a successful career but also a meaningful and enduring life.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this field is client retention. Some clients genuinely cannot afford training, and when that happens, they stop showing up or stop communicating. Financial hardship is understandable, but lack of communication creates challenges not only for income, but also for the coaching relationship itself. When someone says they want change, results only come when they apply the guidance consistently. If they do not follow through, they will not see results. As a trainer and coach, that can feel discouraging because time and effort are being invested into helping someone improve their life. Those experiences are part of what inspired the creation of my personal business focused on serving people who truly want help, especially seniors. The business includes a fixed-income program designed specifically for seniors who need affordable support. Through that program, seniors can receive 12 sessions for a monthly subscription rate of $50, while standard sessions remain $20 each. The goal is to make health, mobility, and fall-prevention support accessible to people who may otherwise go without care. Working for an employer in the fitness and wellness field can also be challenging. Some days are rewarding, and some days are difficult. But through it all, there is a deeper sense of purpose behind the work. The mission is bigger than simply providing workouts or exercise programs. People come seeking help, encouragement, and hope. Beyond physical training, clients often respond to the character and integrity of the person guiding them. Even without directly asking for spiritual guidance, people notice compassion, consistency, honesty, and light in the way they are treated. That presence can impact someone just as deeply as the physical results they achieve.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important thing to me right now, both personally and spiritually, is the validation of what God thinks about me, not what man thinks. I also deeply value the guidance and perspective of my leaders and pastors. I didn't always value that before, but I value it now, and it's changed the way I live and make decisions. I do not value what man thinks of me as I use to. Now that I have a better understanding of how to walk this earth and walk this life that God created, those are the only opinions that matter to me - God's opinion of me and what my spiritual parents, my pastors, say of me.
