What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to take things one step at a time—don’t try to do everything at once. Perseverance is key but also remember to be kind to yourself along the journey.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is capturing the attention and engagement of the target audience. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity to cultivate a culture of inclusion that strengthens relationships and drives meaningful impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are faith, integrity, and accountability. I also cherish personal passions like sharing a love of reading—especially leadership books and Colin Powell’s memoir—riding motorcycles with my husband, and spending quality time with my three adult children.
