About Nichole
Nichole Clark is a corporate trainer and lead trainer based in DeKalb, Illinois. She works for a roadshow company where she builds classroom training programs and prepares field trainers for buyers handling gold, silver, diamonds, and valuables. Clark has spent about 12 years in the fields of criminal law and forensic psychology. She obtained her law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in December 2025, complementing her forensic psychology degree. In addition to her training role, she partners with departments to develop processes and procedures while focusing on building company culture. Clark serves as an advocate for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, creating products to support fundraising for animal causes. She emphasizes the importance of overcoming fear and pursuing intended goals, advice she shares with trainees.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
We get one life and you can't let fear run how you want to live your life. You have to be the one that makes fear intimidated by you. Do everything that you intend to do.
