Nichole Wardle

She is a distinguished hospitality, events, and sales executive with over two decades of experience in venue management, event services, and strategic growth, currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Longwood Venues + Destinations, where she leads growth strategy and business development. She also serves as Adjunct Instructor in the Public Relations Department at the University of Rhode Island, teaching Social Media and Event Management. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Sales at PEAK Event Services, Vice President of Private Events + Catering at 16 On Center, and held progressively senior leadership roles at Longwood Venues + Destinations over 13 years, including Head of Sales & Marketing and Area Director of Sales. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Bryant University and a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. She is recognized as a strategic, creative, and results-driven leader who combines deep events and hospitality expertise with a passion for education, mentorship, and driving organizational growth.
