”If you change your way of thinking, it will change your life”

I am a Parts Manager and Service Manager with extensive experience in the diesel industry, specializing in fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Over the course of my career, I have developed expertise in operational planning, service standards, and team leadership, ensuring that vehicles critical to public safety are maintained to the highest standards. My work has allowed me to cultivate strong relationships across West Texas, Arizona, and Nevada, collaborating with municipalities, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless service and reliability. Previously, I served as a Service Manager at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, where I prioritized emergency vehicle repairs, and oversaw day-to-day operations. I focused on budget management, vendor procurement, and process efficiency, ensuring the operational excellence and readiness of critical emergency vehicles. Prior roles at W.W. Williams, Firetrucks Unlimited, and Cummins Inc. further strengthened my abilities in project management, service operations, and customer engagement, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry. I hold an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Heritage College Nevada, which complements my hands-on experience in service and parts management. I am passionate about leading teams, solving complex operational challenges, and delivering reliable solutions for emergency services. Through my work, I strive to combine technical expertise, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence to ensure that the vehicles and systems I manage are always ready to perform when they are needed most.
