Nicki Keohohou

I have been in the field of training, speaking, and coaching for over 40 years. I started the Direct Selling Women's Alliance (DSWA) in 2021, which my daughter and I ran together for many years. I recently sold that business to partners, but I maintained the Coach Excellence School, which was part of the DSWA for all those years. I separated it out when I sold and kept Coach School because I really wanted to focus on that. Now my focus is really on the coach school and developing people's skills in that area. My responsibilities include education, training, coaching, and marketing. I started off as a teacher, and my whole vision of being a teacher was to build self-esteem in kids. I wanted to continue on that path by coaching people and training people. I develop their confidence in themselves so we've got mothers and grandmothers and people that are more confident, who raise more confident children. I focus mostly on business coaching, and I believe it takes somebody that has been in business to be able to coach somebody in business. There are a lot of life coaches that want to coach in business, but they don't know the right questions to ask to support that person to move forward. I am a certified coach - I didn't just put my shingle out and call myself a coach. Coaching is a deregulated industry, so you don't have to have a credential to call yourself a coach, but I wanted to have had the education to be the best I can be for the people. I have 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and I love that I get to now be more part of their lives. I go to their athletic events and everything. We're all a family of sports and have been always in sports, and our kids and those grandbabies just picked it right up.
