About Nickole
She is a financial services and fraud-risk leader with nearly 10 years at BCU, progressing from member-facing roles into fraud management. She currently serves as Senior Fraud Manager, leading fraud prevention, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, vendor relationships, technology enhancements, and a high-performing Account Protection team. Earlier, she managed customer service and HR functions at Fifth Third Bank and operations at Best Buy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Media Analysis from Arizona State University, along with an Associate of Science degree.
