Nicole Albino
Nicole Albino is a dedicated quality control professional currently serving as a Quality Control Inspector at PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, Illinois. Since beginning her role in September 2025, Nicole has focused on ensuring the accuracy, safety, and compliance of pharmaceutical products, leveraging her keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Her experience spans various industries, including wholesale and security, giving her a broad foundation in operational oversight and quality assurance practices.
Prior to her current position, Nicole worked at C&S Wholesale Grocers and AlliedBarton Security Services, where she honed her skills in product inspection, inventory management, and safety monitoring. These experiences helped shape her meticulous approach to quality control and reinforced her dedication to maintaining high standards in every task she undertakes.
Nicole is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management at Strayer University, where she maintains a strong academic record. Passionate about mentorship and professional growth, she has completed the Student Success Mentor Training with Mentor Collective, further demonstrating her commitment to guiding others while continuing to expand her own expertise.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to staying committed to my education and personal growth—maintaining a 4.0 GPA at Strayer University while participating in the Presidents Club and mentorship program. I’m most proud of starting my own business and living by values of honesty and clear communication.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my godmother and mentor, Penelope Monet, who has been like a second mother to me and continuously inspires me to strive for excellence.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: don’t give up and keep moving steadily toward your dreams.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, compassion, and giving back—whether through crocheting, drawing, or supporting new mothers through a diaper bank.
