What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep desire to create a better life for my children, which has fueled my dedication and perseverance throughout my personal and professional journey. In my career, I find great fulfillment in supporting women during transitional phases—guiding them through challenges, providing education, and helping them navigate difficult moments. Seeing the tangible, positive impact I can make in clients’ lives motivates me to continually deliver the highest level of service and to build lasting, meaningful relationships that enrich both my career and my future.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received has come from the incredible mentors and supporters in my life. Professionally, Aaron Clark has been a guiding light—providing consistent advice, encouragement, and perspective that has shaped my career path and shown me what is possible. Personally, my husband, Oliver All, has been an equally important source of support. His unwavering love, guidance, and dedication at home—whether managing daily routines, supporting our children, or simply listening—have allowed me to pursue my education, advance my career, and continue striving toward my goals. Their belief in me has been instrumental in my growth and success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the finance industry is to approach your career with perseverance, grit, and passion. When one door closes, it doesn’t mean the end—it’s often just a shift in your path, so stay committed and keep moving forward. Find your voice, speak up, and never be afraid to ask the hard questions or negotiate for the compensation and resources you deserve. If you put your mind to it and work hard, anything is possible.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains largely male-dominated—only about 10% of advisors are women—which can create unique hurdles but also presents an incredible opportunity to better serve women in transition and other underserved client groups. Additionally, navigating compliance and regulatory responsibilities is a constant part of day-to-day practice, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to ethical, high-quality service.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both personally and professionally include integrity, putting clients first, perseverance, mentorship, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Above all, my family is my greatest source of inspiration and balance. I cherish the time I spend with my husband of 20 years and our two children, whether it’s enjoying the outdoors through camping and hiking or sharing my passion for horseback riding and the equestrian community. These moments of connection and shared experiences keep me grounded and motivated in all aspects of my life.
