Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nicole

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, product knowledge, and a commitment to developing others. I believe the first 90 days are crucial for learning the industry, building a strong foundation, and positioning yourself for success and future leadership opportunities.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to make the most of the first 90 days by building discipline, learning the business, developing relationships, and establishing strong habits. I’ve also learned that earning a license is only the beginning; continuous education and product knowledge are essential. Most importantly, I believe in putting people first—educating clients, simplifying their options, and helping them make informed decisions builds lasting trust.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to take your first 90 days seriously. Work hard, learn as much as possible, build strong habits, and stay focused on growth. The effort you invest early can help you advance, step into leadership, develop others, and build a successful team.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I see tremendous opportunity in the growing need for accessible financial education and personalized strategies around protection, retirement, cash-value solutions, and legacy planning. I’m also encouraged by the increasing number of women stepping into leadership roles in the industry. For me, the greatest opportunity is making financial conversations clear and approachable so more people can confidently take control of their financial futures.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, transparency, empathy, and trust are the values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I believe in providing honest education and personalized guidance based on each client’s goals, rather than simply focusing on what is easiest to sell. Ultimately, I value service, financial empowerment, responsibility, and building lasting relationships that create greater security and opportunity for others.
