What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is overcoming self-doubt, particularly in a male-dominated industry. However, this also presents an opportunity—to build confidence, demonstrate leadership, and inspire other women to pursue their goals with resilience and determination.
