My advice to young women entering the political consulting industry is to speak up and share your ideas, be bold, stay curious, and seize every opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t be afraid to go for it—your voice and perspective matter.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is navigating the current political climate in the United States, addressing challenges to democracy, and finding ways to work across party lines while effectively advancing client goals.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are empathy and compassion, both in navigating the political landscape and in raising my daughter. I also value family, mentorship, and the joy of pursuing personal passions like dance, reading, sports, and fashion.
