Nicole Burnett is a highly accomplished supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience spanning manufacturing, sales, and operations. She currently serves as Division Supply Chain Manager at Parker Hannifin in Holly Springs, Mississippi, where she oversees a large team responsible for procurement, sourcing, planning, inventory management, delivery, and customer-facing supply chain operations. Nicole has a proven track record of optimizing processes, managing large teams, and ensuring operational excellence while balancing high-volume procurement and production demands.

Nicole began her career in PepsiCo’s professional hiring program in 2005, advancing through multiple roles over nearly a decade, including sales account manager, people manager, and unit sales manager. She later spent two years in pharmaceutical sales before pivoting to supply chain management, joining Sanmina as Customer Service Manager and later Director of Materials and Customer Service. She continued her supply chain trajectory at Pall Corporation, ultimately leading a greenfield facility in Duncan, South Carolina as Director of Supply Chain. She was then recruited by Parker Hannifin for her current role.

Throughout her career, Nicole has maintained a focus on operational delivery, process improvement, and leadership development. She is pursuing an MBA while balancing the demands of a high-level management role and raising three children. Her professional philosophy emphasizes integrity, fairness, and the courage to try new approaches, alongside a disciplined work ethic that allows her to accomplish meaningful tasks even in small windows of time.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my work ethic. I get things done and have learned to be highly effective in the short pockets of time between meetings. Being able to accomplish meaningful and impactful tasks in limited time has helped me advance in my career.

Stay organized, listen, and then ask questions.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Supply chains are complex and require constant issue mitigation. It’s a challenge to deliver products on time while finding cost savings and coordinating procurement, planning, and operations.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is extremely important to me — doing what you say you will do. Treating people fairly and with respect is essential, and having the courage to try new things is key to growth and success.
