Nicole Caley

She is a distinguished accounts payable and shared services executive with over a decade of experience leading financial operations, process transformation, and strategic growth across multi-brand healthcare and aviation organizations, currently serving as Senior Director of AP Shared Services at TAG - The Aspen Group, where she oversees end-to-end accounts payable strategy and operations for a healthcare organization supporting more than 1,400 locations across 46 states. Prior to this role, she served as Director of AP Shared Services at TAG, and as Senior Accounts Payable Director and Director of Accounts Payable at AAR, where she led shared services teams and implemented operational strategies. She also served as Chapter President of the Institute of Finance and Management's Illinois Chapter for over seven years, and as a member of the Board of Directors for True Mentors. She holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University with a 4.0 GPA.
