Nicole Jaire Cardy-Encarnación

Nicole Cardy serves as a counselor in the mental health industry, where she has worked for 10 years across multiple roles. Her areas of specialization include counseling children and adolescents, women who have been domestically violated, and geriatric populations. She began her educational journey with an Associates of Applied Science in Mental Health at Montgomery College in Silver Spring, Maryland, followed by studies at UMBC University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is currently enrolled at Walden University in programs for clinical mental health counseling and school counseling, set to graduate in the spring. Prior experience includes positions as a registered behavior technician, youth counselor, case manager, and Community Resource Navigator. She plans to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology.
