What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the incredible support of my husband, Troy, and my aunt Diana, who both encouraged me to pursue my goals. I’m especially proud of leading the launch of fraud solutions to market and being selected to work on high-level projects like creating Lowe’s business card.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is: don’t think you’re behind—every role you take can lead you to where you want to be.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are integrity and honesty—your character is defined by what you do when nobody is watching—and I am also deeply passionate about family and advocating for children’s causes.
