About Nicole
She is a communications and marketing professional with strong experience in higher education and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Communications and Web at the University at Buffalo’s Graduate School of Education, where she leads digital storytelling, web content, email outreach, branding, and marketing initiatives. Her background also includes communications, media relations, social media, and website management roles at Child & Family Services of Erie County and Mount St. Mary Academy, along with earlier leadership experience in coaching and student engagement. She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
