For Nicole, a 15-year UPS veteran and part-time operations supervisor, success isn't measured solely in packages delivered, but in people protected. Having safeguarded swimmers for 14 years prior, her commitment to growth is further demonstrated by her recent completion of a Master’s degree in Data Analytics. This educational milestone enhances her ability to champion her greatest achievement: ensuring every employee leaves work exactly as they arrived safe and sound. What fuels this determination is her love for interacting with a diverse team, where unique backgrounds are respected and united to "make things happen." She credits mentors like the retired Rich, who fondly called her "kiddo," for teaching her to have a genuine love for her work through straightforward guidance.
