Her Story
About Nicole
I'm the CEO of Vivasi Skincare, an e-commerce business I've been running since 2020. My background as a registered nurse, combined with my Bachelor's degree in general studies that I completed in 2025, has really helped me get into the field I'm in today. Mostly nursing and healthcare have shaped my journey and given me the foundation I needed for this work. So far, my most notable professional achievement has been partnering with travel brands, which I think is really significant because it shows how far the business has come. I'm also a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. Outside of my skincare business, I'm passionate about music. I sing, write, and produce, and I work with Girl Power, a nonprofit organization here in Miami, where I help girls make music and achieve better outcomes for their lives.

Ten minutes with Nicole
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say my faith. I have faith in myself, and I have faith in the Lord, so I would say a strong foundation in faith is something that attributes to my success. It's really what keeps me going and helps me push forward in everything I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was that anything you set your mind to, just continue forward with it and go with it. It always leads you to a good outcome. That's something I really believe in and try to live by in my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say do a lot of research in what you want to do. Always have a goal in mind of what you want to achieve, and then just push forward. It's really important to know what you're working toward and to keep moving in that direction no matter what.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say that marketing is probably the biggest challenge right now. But you always have to put yourself in the rooms that best fit your purpose, and from there, there's pretty much no space for error once you're in the right rooms. It's all about positioning yourself where you need to be and making the most of those opportunities.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would say accountability and being on time are the two most important values to me. Those are the things I think help shape you to be a better person, both in terms of working and establishing a strong work ethic. They're fundamental to how I approach everything I do.
