About Nicole
Nicole Espinoza founded her notary and professional translation services business in Columbus, Ohio, approximately two years ago after more than a decade of experience assisting clients with translations, apostilles, and paperwork. A graduate of Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration focused on marketing management and a minor in hospitality management, she previously worked in a corporate staffing agency before recognizing her preference for direct, purpose-driven client interactions. Espinoza specializes in supporting the Hispanic community by helping individuals navigate documents for Medicare, court matters, immigration interviews, and business formation. She serves as membership chair for the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, where she facilitates networking, business development, and corporate partnerships, including recent collaborations with KeyBank and Chase for Venezuela earthquake relief efforts. Her professional achievements include selection for the 100 Plus Latinos Class of 2026, serving as a featured speaker at the Columbus Emerging Leaders Summit, being named Miss Ohio Latina 2024 second runner-up, publication in Liberal Magazine 2024, and numerous college leadership roles such as president of student government at COTC Newark Campus and MC for the OSU Candlelight Ceremony.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's really hard at the beginning and you're going to have doubts for sure but do not listen to those doubts. Just do it because life is so short. You gotta take the risk and at the end of the day it's gonna bring you so much joy to be doing something that you're passionate about.
