About Nicole
I'm the Director of Member Experience at Cascade Federal Credit Union in Kent, Washington, a role I stepped into in January 2026. In this position, I focus on elevating every touchpoint of the member journey—whether in person, online, or over the phone—ensuring our service consistently reflects deep care, professionalism, and reliability. Extending my commitment to regional growth, I also serve on the Board of the First Financial Northwest Foundation, contributing to its mission of community impact.
My career is built on a foundation of transforming operational challenges into exceptional customer and member experiences. Prior to joining Cascade, I spent two years with Columbia Bank as a Vice President and Branch Manager III. Before that, I served as Vice President and Senior Customer Service Manager at Northwest Bank, acting as the Regional Manager to oversee operations, drive performance, and mentor leadership teams across all branches. I also spent over five years managing branch performance and consumer lending with Sound Credit Union in the Greater Seattle area, where I specialized in team development, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and resolving high-level member escalations.
One of the defining milestones of my career was receiving a letter sent directly to our corporate CEO from a member recognizing my service—a powerful reminder of the real-world impact of relationship-based banking.
I hold a degree in Business Management from Washington State University, where I was a member of Alpha Phi International Women's Fraternity. Across my entire career, my personal mission has never wavered: build great teams, serve people exceptionally well, and design experiences that leave individuals feeling truly valued and supported.
