Nicole Galindo

Nicole Galindo serves as co-owner of a welding company based in Austin, Texas. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the business operations from the office, handling marketing, sales, client acquisition, taxes, payments, HR, payroll, and scheduling, while a partner manages field work. Her career in construction began in 2015 when she started as a receptionist and advanced to dispatcher and customer service roles. She later worked at an electrical company as a receptionist before being promoted to project manager assistant. After relocating to Austin, she took on the position of component coordinator at a framing company before establishing her current business. In addition to her construction work, Galindo is a licensed realtor affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. She completed her high school education in 2012.
