About Nicole
Nicole Garside is an accomplished marketing and advertising professional serving as Account Director at McKinney, where she leads major healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Nicole has built a strong reputation for strategic account leadership, integrated campaign development, and client partnership. She specializes in creating impactful marketing solutions that connect brands with audiences while navigating the unique demands of healthcare communications.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked across agency and corporate environments, gaining experience in brand marketing, digital strategy, project management, and traditional media. Before joining McKinney, she held leadership roles at JUICE Pharma Worldwide, Spur Marketing, and DevicePharm, Inc., supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. Earlier in her career, she contributed to national marketing campaigns at Target Corporation, managing complex initiatives across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. Her experience includes supporting healthcare brands, rare disease initiatives, and life-changing treatments that positively impact patients.
Nicole holds a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Brigham Young University–Idaho. She attributes her success to recognizing her own potential and embracing confidence in her abilities. I attribute my success to recognizing that I am capable of far more than I initially gave myself credit for. By embracing my potential instead of being held back by fear, I have been able to grow, take on new challenges, and achieve meaningful progress in my personal and professional journey.

The best career advice I received from my father was to surround myself with the right people, as they greatly influence my growth, mindset, and success.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are being present as a mother, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, protecting my peace, and surrounding myself with positive, supportive people who inspire growth.
