About Nicole
Nicole Graber brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role in home care. She began her career as a travel nurse for five years before transitioning into business development, where she spent six and a half years as a marketer and account manager supporting facilities during staffing shortages. After working with an infectious disease nurse practitioner group that placed practitioners in facilities, she joined Comfort Care approximately two months ago. In her current position, Nicole helps families understand their options when considering nursing home placement or home care for loved ones, drawing on her knowledge of both sides of the industry to provide informed guidance. She attributes her success to hard work, dedication, and her broad perspective across healthcare sectors, which enabled her to secure her first referral in just 12 days.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I mean, just hard work and dedication, like, when I did travel nursing. I mean, I just think, too, a lot of it is that because I know both sides, even with, like, home care, I know both sides of the industry, so it just makes it easy, like when I did training for this, they said it would take, you know, at least 90 days, if not longer, to get your first referral. I got mine in 12 days.
