01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You should feel good every day about what you do, and you should feel passionate, and the need is there. Money is important but there are opportunities to get your master's degree and excel. Do what feels good in your heart and your passion. Find what works for you and what has meaning to you because coming to work and feeling good about what you do every day is more important sometimes than the paycheck.
