01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
There's a lot of pressure to find your artistic style. The best advice I can give is just to draw and to create. Your style's not something you pick, it's something you look back and recognize.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Improving social media marketing and finding more leads and networking with realtors.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my personal life, I have strong values on spirituality and connecting with God. And being there for people. ... personal responsibility. Doing what you are going to do, and following through, and being that reliable person other businesses can trust.
