Nicole A. Henry

Nicole Henry is a hospitality professional and business owner based in the Washington, D.C., metro area. With more than 25 years in the field, she began her journey after attending a traditional liberal arts college in the 1990s before pursuing culinary training at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill in Philadelphia, graduating in the class of 1999. She has worked across hotels, including a number of years at Marriott, independent restaurants, and convention centers. For the past six years, she has owned and operated Chef Nix Creations, offering varied services such as cooking demonstrations and event support. Her notable work includes partnering with black farmers to promote fresh produce through cooking demonstrations in Prince George's County. She holds awards from her time at Marriott and volunteers with the outreach team at Union Church.
