Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to adaptability, continuous learning, and a willingness to reinvent myself. My career began in client service and evolved into supply chain and procurement roles at HP and Cargill, where I led a shared service organization across four regions. Embracing change has allowed me to transition into artificial intelligence while staying relevant professionally and personally, expressing myself authentically along the way.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, Beth Moran. She has always been an inspiration, demonstrating the value of growth and seeking new experiences. After a successful career in consulting, she courageously switched gears into special education, dedicating her energy to a new cause. Her example taught me that true leadership includes the courage to pursue meaningful change and embrace new challenges.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to build your network early, commit to lifelong learning, and truly understand the value you bring to every role. Strive to exceed expectations and give your best in everything you do—your dedication and expertise will set you apart.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both work and life are honesty, directness, and openness to feedback. I strive to lead with transparency, encourage constructive dialogue, and create space for growth and evolution—both for myself and those around me.
