Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nicole
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a genuine passion for caring for others. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and I now bring that same commitment to helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. Whether in healthcare or real estate, my focus has always been on serving others with compassion and dedication.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to work hard and pursue my goals with determination. Success does not happen overnight, but consistent effort, perseverance, and a strong work ethic create opportunities for growth and long-term achievement.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning or challenging themselves. It does not matter where you come from or what obstacles you face—growth is always possible if you remain committed. Confidence is not a prerequisite for success; most people feel uncertain when they begin something new. I have experienced that myself, both in healthcare and as I transition into real estate. The key is to keep moving forward, embrace the learning process, and understand that practice, hard work, and a positive attitude are what ultimately lead to success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare is the ongoing need for more qualified professionals in CT and X-ray imaging. Expanding the workforce in these specialties is essential to meeting patient needs, improving access to care, and reducing the demands placed on existing healthcare teams. This also presents a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in entering a rewarding and impactful profession.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value that is most important to me is caring. Whether I am supporting patients in a healthcare setting or helping clients through the home-buying process, I believe compassion, kindness, and a genuine commitment to serving others are the foundation of meaningful relationships and lasting success.
